Insurance/Medicare. We are unable to directly bill any insurance company or Medicare for our clients, as insurance companies will not pay for massage therapists to do this work. We can provide a superbill or receipts for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement though, you need to speak with your insurance provider. Lymphedema clients can often have lymphatic treatments by Physical and Occupational therapists covered with insurance and Medicare. The easiest solution is to ask your oncologist or other doctor for a referral to a PT or OT.

HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Please be aware of your cards requirements for massage to be covered. With some cards a doctor's prescription is required. 

 

All major credit cards and cash accepted. A card on file is required for all clients. Cards on file will not be charged until your time of service, unless prearranged.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure full time is given for massage. Sessions are not discounted or extended due to client's tardiness. We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we may charge you a fee up to the full session price. If you do not show up for your appointment, we will automatically charge full session price and may decline future sessions for you. If repeated last minute rescheduling or cancellations have occurred, we may decline to see you as a client in the future. We are a busy practice and typically booked out 1-3 weeks depending on the day. If a client cancels late or doesn't show up, we typically cannot rebook that appointment. We lose out on vital income as a small business and also lose time which another client could of received needed massage.
